We offer a range of services in both English and Spanish. All of our services are tailored to meet the needs of the client. Here at Healing Solutions we believe therapy should always be molded to fit the client; clients should never mold themselves to fit the therapy.
One on one therapy with a trained mental health therapist. Individual therapy provides a space to explore personal goals and engage in intrapersonal healing.
Therapy for children to process emotional challenges in a developmentally appropriate context. Children will engage in art and play alongside talk therapy to explore and engage with their experiences.
Appointments with a Nurse Practitioner aimed at finding the medication that best fits the client's needs. Once a medication regimen is found, NPs will engage in follow ups to maintain treatment.
Therapy involving all or some members of a family unit. Family therapy allows the family to reconnect and learn how to impact each other in more positive ways while gaining communication skills.
Therapy that brings together individuals navigating a similar experience. Through group sessions with a therapist, group members will lean on and learn from one another.
Individual therapy that prioritizes the mental and emotional well being of pregnant people. Perinatal therapy provides support during pregnancy and in the postpartum period.
Therapy involving all partners in a romantic relationship. Couples therapy allows the couple to collaborate as a team working against the issues in the relationship rather than viewing each other as the issue.
Individual therapy that engages bilateral stimulation to allow the client to reprocess harmful memories and beliefs. EMDR allows clients to remove the lens that trauma creates and see their world from a new, more adaptive perspective.
Therapy sessions that prioritize nutritional education and implementation in addition to traditional modalities in order to provide comprehensive support.
